Here is what our trainees think...
‘I really enjoyed my medicines counter assistant programme! The workbooks were very interesting and easy to follow. They went into a lot of detail about how things work, such as how we feel pain. It has really helped me to understand what each product contains so I can recommend the appropriate one to customers. It has also helped me with where the products are located so I can direct customers to them.’
Qualified MCA, Tasmin, Cumbria
‘The MCA programme was very informative and has given me more confidence to advise and recommend products. The workbooks were well laid out with just the right amount of information. I am extremely pleased with the programme and the team were very helpful and understanding.’
Qualified MCA, Sonya, Birmingham
‘I found Scientia Skills very helpful when I needed to contact them. I thought it was particularly good that I was phoned when my Trainee had missed doing a test which meant that they were also keeping an eye on progress and making contact to check if there were any problems or if additional support was needed.’
MCA tutor and Pharmacist, Dorothy, Isle of Man
