Here is what our trainees think...
‘I was quite worried about doing some training with our care home as it’s not something I have done before. But when I received the materials, the trainer notes were really helpful with lots of details and handy boxes showing when I needed to get the staff to do an activity. There were so many activities for them to do, which meant I didn’t have to talk for very long and it kept them all interested. Now I really enjoy doing the training days and the feedback I get from the care homes is really great- they keep asking for more!’

‘The Power Points really helped to guide me with the training and the care home team loved the day. They said they really got something out of the day, learning about covert administration, different compliance aids and what the CQC inspectors are looing for on visits. They also really enjoyed the MAR chart activities and they said this really helped them understand how they should use them correctly. I think this care home training has really helped build our relationship with our care homes which will help us to keep them.’
